Products

All items are handcrafted from solid wood.

Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, texture, knots, and color are normal and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from photos shown on the website.

 

Made-to-Order Production

Most products are built to order.

Production timelines listed on each product page are estimates and may vary based on order volume, material availability, or seasonal demand.

Talmo Custom Builds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply issues, or events outside our control.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to update pricing or correct errors at any time without notice.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, cancellations may not be possible since materials and labor have already been committed.

 

Installation Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for proper installation.

Floating shelves and wall-mounted products must be installed securely into studs or appropriate structural supports.

Talmo Custom Builds is not liable for:

• improper installation
   

• incorrect hardware usage
   

• wall or property damage
   

• personal injury
   

• product failure due to improper mounting or overloading
   

If you are unsure about installation, we strongly recommend hiring a professional.

Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility is governed by our separate Returns Policy.

Custom sizes, custom finishes, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will repair, replace, or refund verified claims at our discretion.

 

Product Use

Products are intended for normal residential use only.

Talmo Custom Builds is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, overloading, modification, or improper care.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of Talmo Custom Builds and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

Talmo Custom Builds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
