Damaged Shipments
 

If your shelf arrives damaged:
 

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
   

• Include photos of:
   

  • the packaging
     

  • the damage to the shelf
     

Once reviewed, we will arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate.
 

 

Returns
 

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
   

• Items must be unused and uninstalled
   

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
   

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
   

• A restocking fee may apply
   

Because each shelf is built in limited batches, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been installed or modified.
